Privacy policy
Last updated September 28, 2026
This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. The website is operated by FX3 Media for the National Immigration Medical Exams network.
Your medical information
Your exam, test results and medical records are created and held by the independent practice that examines you, which is a covered entity under HIPAA and gives you its own Notice of Privacy Practices. This website does not ask for, and you should not submit, medical information through our forms.
Booking an appointment
When you book online, you use a scheduling service (such as Calendly) on behalf of the clinic you choose. The details you enter go to that clinic so it can see you. The scheduling service’s own privacy policy also applies.
Forms on this site
If you use a form (for example, to be notified when a clinic opens, or as an attorney or physician), we collect what you enter, such as name, contact details and ZIP code, and use it only to respond to you or to connect you with a clinic in our network. We do not sell it.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how the site is used and to measure whether our ads lead to booked appointments. These services use cookies and similar technologies and may collect information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. On clinic pages, a phone number shown to visitors who arrive from an ad may be a Google forwarding number that connects you to the clinic and lets us count the call. You can limit this through your browser settings or Google’s ad settings.
Phone calls
Clinic phone lines may be provided through a business phone service that logs call time, duration and caller number so we can measure which channels lead to appointments. Calls are answered by the clinic.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete information you submitted through our forms by emailing info@nationalime.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law.
