For civil surgeons

You do the exams. We bring the patients.

National Immigration Medical Exams is a network of independent civil surgeon practices. We build and run the whole demand side for your market (website, search ads, booking, call tracking and reporting) so applicants can find your practice and book with clear expectations.

Request a short call

Tell us about your practice. We’ll show you real search demand for your area before we talk terms.

We’ll only use this to reply to you. Please don’t include patient or medical information.

What you get

The complete patient acquisition system

Built from experience with a live civil surgeon practice and designed to scale across markets.

A clinic page built to rank

A full local page set for your practice: clinic page, Spanish page, and pages for the cities around you, with crawlable content, structured data and verified local details for applicants searching in your area.

Search ads, run for you

Google Ads built on what actually converts in this category: availability and price up front, immigration and near-me intent, junk and locator traffic filtered out.

Online booking with a fallback

A live calendar with loading diagnostics and a visible phone fallback, so patients have another way to reach your team.

A tracked phone line

Calls matter as much as clicks in this category. A dedicated line lets us measure calls separately and reconcile them with your appointment records.

Honest reporting

Your EHR is the source of truth. We report booked exams and cost per exam from your appointment records, not from ad-platform “conversions”.

Current rules, everywhere

Every page reflects current USCIS and CDC rules, dated and sourced, so patients arrive informed and your front desk answers fewer basic questions.

Is it a fit?

What we look for in a partner practice

We add one practice per market at a time, and we only send patients to clinics that will deliver the experience our pages promise.

  • You are a USCIS-designated civil surgeon (or your practice employs one)
  • You can see immigration exams at least a few days a week, with reasonable next-day or same-week availability
  • You can draw required bloodwork on-site, or have a reliable lab arrangement
  • You’re willing to publish one clear price with line-by-line inclusions
  • Your team answers the phone and follows up on bookings the same day
FAQ

Questions from physicians

Do I give up my practice’s name or independence?

No. Your practice stays independent and remains the provider of care; your practice name is shown on your clinic page and on every patient-facing document you produce. The network brand, website, ads and booking layer are operated by us.

Do you need access to patient records?

We only need what is required to measure results honestly, such as appointment counts by type and date. The details of what is shared, and how, are set out in our agreement and handled in line with HIPAA.

What does it cost?

Terms depend on your market and capacity. We walk through them on a short call, in writing, before anything starts. Arrangements are structured with counsel for each state’s rules.

How quickly can a new clinic go live?

Once the agreement, designation check and scheduling setup are done, a clinic page, booking and tracking can be live quickly. Paid search needs a few weeks to learn; organic rankings build over months.
